The service we recieved once we got seated was great! Our food came out at a decent rate, it was all hot, freshly made. Of course we had Cheesecake and thay was perfect as well. The only reason I'm giving it 4 starts is because when we arrived we were told the wait would be 15/20 minutes. We waited 40 minutes to be seated. And with 4 kids waiting for food, that became an issue real fast. I don't mind waiting but if I was told originally that it would have taken 40 minutes to get a table we would have ate somewhere else knowing that my kids wouldn't last that long. Expect to wait a little longer than told at this location....... unless you're a party of 2. They seat you right away ahead of everyone else!

I met my cousin there for lunch and we had a long chat-fest. The servers (esp. Adam) were extremely courteous and attentive. My salmon/kale salad was delicious. 5 Stars.

I ordered a few dished at Cheesecake for pickup. Well when I arrive here, I FOUND OUT I ORDERED AT THE WRONG LOCATION. Well these lovely folks still made me my order right away so I wouldnt have to drive all the way over there. Very Kind and Caring People =)

I had my 18 birthday when we went to The Cheesecake Factory. Service was really nice, but food was incredible (especially steaks). I also got my birthday sundae, what was really nice gesture :-)

Honestly the best. Ambience is great. Food quality is amazing. Choices are very versatile. Desserts are out of this world. Prices are fair. Portions are awesome. If only you could make reservations, that’d make it even better.

When I came in cheesecake factory I had a late night friday meal with my family. My family ordered there food and they really liked it. I have food allergies to A LOT of things. I ordered strawberries on the kids meal. When my family's food arrived they forgot my order. My mom told them and they got me the strawberries and when I got them it had whip cream on it but like my mom said I am allergic to that stuff. But the strawberries took at least 5 minutes. They gave me the strawberries after and I smelled them and it smelled a bit funny. I told my mom to taste it for me and she said it tasted sweet and added sugar at the bottom. If you have a food allergy do not go to cheesecake factory

This spot gives wonderful service as well as delicious menu. One of the best restaurant in town. The meals came out rapidly and the prices were economical. Highly recommended.

I placed an online pick up order and it got messed up. When I called to get it fixed, I feel like the manager was being condescending considering he referred to me as “young ladyâ€.

First time here and it definitely won’t be the last!! I would just like to say that my boyfriend and I went to a late Valentine’s Day dinner last night and oh my gosh we’re we blown away by the service! It was the best dinner experience we’ve ever had! Evelio was our server and he was incredibly attentive and super nice! His energy and enthusiasm was wonderful! He had some great recommendations on foods and appetizers as well as dessert! Always making sure how our food was, refills on drinks, I mean words can’t express how amazing this dining experience was for us. The food was really good and it came out fast! We definitely recommend the wings, by far the best wings we’ve had 😊 thank you so much for such an awesome experience and we will for sure be back!

Very busy location so make sure you have a reservation. Staff is very polite and accommodating, the waitress we had was super nice, helpful, and quick to chat which we like. I appreciate the Skinny-licious menu since regular items are so many calories and you’re usually stuck with leftovers you probably won’t eat. But I don’t understand why the Skinny menu is priced exactly the same as the regular menu. We know you’re putting less food on the plate and it’s not like the ingredients themselves are that much more expensive than items from the regular menu to compensate. Food costs are only a small portion of what contributes to a restaurants’ pricing, I know, but it just feels wrong to me. That being said, Cheesecake Factory cooks fresh, and to have that large of a menu is a huge accomplishment. And I had a delicious meal at the end of the day.

Took about an hour for food the waitress said its taking long because i ordered a well done burger. To make it even better later that day i got food poisoning. Do not recommend because they are slow and rude.

Great service, very accommodating. We have 4 young kids and getting out can be a challenge, our server was outstanding. Food was good and I enjoyed my lemon meringue cheesecake. Haven't been in years but we will be back.

I went there for me and my girlfriends anniversary expecting a great dinner well first off we were sat in the corner which seemed so crowded the table next to us was no less then 3 feet away we then didn’t get bread till 15 minutes after sitting down my glass was empty for twenty minutes as our waiter even asked us to see a cheesecake menu and Never refilled it he never once asked us how our meal was or if we needed anything it felt like we were unimportant as he treated everyone else very good I hope no one else has to deal with this waiter I won’t be going back again.

We love going to The Cheesecake Factory. They have so many good choices to choose from and it makes it easy for everyone in your party to find something that intrigues them. All of their staff is extremely friendly and the place always looks great. If I had to pick one negative it would be the delay in service. It is really not too bad but it felt like we waited a while to just get water and to finally get our food.

I previously had a bad experience here when I asked for my burger to be medium rare and it was super well done! So well done it tasted burnt. Stopped coming to this location and going to Oakbrook instead but was at the mall and stopped by with family. We had two babies and the server went above and beyond. He brought us bite sized bread & fruit for the crying kids! He was awesome and the food was good too.

The food was great. No issues until the bill came. We paid with three gift cards and two credit cards at a 50 / 50 split. When we were signing the check we noticed the gift cards were not credited on our bill. It took 1 hour to straighten this out. 1 hour. Spoke with the "manager" and he gave me the strangest reason why this happened. Both the waitress and the "manager" were acting strange. My advise when visiting is to double check your bill (especially when using gift cards). Nice night with the family but ended poorly.

Wide variety on menu, cozy atmosphere. Love our yearly visit here to celebrate birthday dinner here for daughter (loves cheesecake) with Grandma and aunts. Staff warm and friendly and large variety on menu. Plus it's in Woodfield mall, which is so festive during holiday season.

Got hungry walking around the mall and decided to come in here for a quick bite. We didn’t want to eat anything unhealthy so I figured a piece of steak or salmon should be a nice lo calorie/carb option. I was amazed to see how many calories everything on the menu there had. Even the low calorie menu was unhealthy. We ended up getting a salad from the low calorie menu and left completely unsatisfied.

We went there few times and every time we enjoyed it.Delicious food, clean tableware, good coffee and friendly waiters/waitresses.This last time our waiter was Francisco, one of the best here. This is a multicultural combinations of food ranging from Mexican inspired dishes, to Asian, to your everyday burger. You need to come in with an idea of what you want to eat or you can get lost in the menu. If all else fails you cannot go wrong with coffee and a cheesecake
